P. C. Cast
P. C. Cast and Kristin Cast are the authors of the House of Night Series. In the series teenagers who are "marked" to become vampyres attend a special high school to prepare them for their vampire life. Zoey Redbird, the main character, is not only marked, but marked in an unusual way for a "fledgling" by the Goddess Nyx herself.
