Cats

A type of small, furry carnivorous mammal. Cats have been domesticated for thousands of years, in part because of their ability to kill rats and mice. Cats make excellent and friendly pets.

Cats are frequently associated with Witchcraft.

Cats appear in many superstitions. A black cat crossing your path is supposed to bring you bad luck. Finding a black cat with only one white hair, and plucking that hair is supposed to bring you good luck.

Unusually Large Cats have been seen in unexpected places around the world in recent years. The most notable is the Beast of Bodmin Moor in England. In the United States the Ozark Howler is also frequently described as a large cat.
